Hi, I’m Chelsea — systems strategist, real estate operations pro, and your new favorite behind-the-scenes partner.
With nearly a decade of experience working behind the scenes in the real estate world, I’ve worn many hats — from agent to trainer to backend systems wizard. I’ve supported agents and teams through every stage of growth, and one thing I’ve learned is this: success in real estate doesn’t come from working harder — it comes from working smarter.

My journey began in 2016, when I stepped into the industry as an individual agent. I quickly fell in love with the business — and just as quickly realized that most agents were drowning in administrative tasks, overwhelmed by tools, and constantly reinventing the wheel. That’s when I knew I could make a bigger impact behind the scenes.

Since then, I’ve dedicated my career to helping real estate professionals use technology and systems not just to stay organized — but to actually scale. From CRMs and marketing automation to transaction support and workflow design, I’ve built solutions that save agents time, elevate their client experience, and increase profitability.

Most recently, I’ve worked across Upstate New York as a trusted trainer and advisor, guiding hundreds of agents in setting up the systems and strategies that drive real growth. Now, I’m bringing that same experience and energy to Elevate Your Growth Co.— a business built to support yours.
