Hi, I’m Chelsea — systems strategist, operations pro, and your new favorite behind-the-scenes partner.

With nearly a decade of experience in the real estate industry, I’ve worn many hats — from agent to trainer to backend systems wizard. Along the way, I’ve mastered the art of building workflows, optimizing technology, and streamlining operations so businesses can run more efficiently and profitably.

While my roots are in real estate, the systems and strategies I’ve developed apply to any business. I know what it’s like to juggle countless moving parts, manage clients, and keep the day-to-day running smoothly — all while trying to grow. That’s why I’m passionate about helping business owners in every industry work smarter, not harder.

Since 2016, I’ve been creating solutions that save time, improve client experience, and scale operations — from CRMs and marketing automation to operations support and workflow design. Most recently, I’ve served as a trusted trainer and advisor across Upstate New York, guiding hundreds of professionals in setting up the systems and strategies that drive real growth.
