Hi, I'm Chelsea.

I'm the founder of Elevate Your Growth Co., a Capital Region NY-based business helping real estate agents and small business owners get out of the weeds and back to growing.
​
I've spent ten years in real estate, watching talented agents get buried in paperwork, missed marketing posts, and CRMs that haven't been touched since onboarding. The work that should have been giving them leverage was somehow eating their week. I started Elevate to fix that.
​
What I do isn't complicated. I take the things off your plate that are slowing you down (transaction coordination, marketing, CRM management, the systems and follow-up that keep your business running) and I handle them the way you would, just without you having to think about it.

I believe the best business owners aren't the ones with the longest to-do lists. They're the ones who know what to delegate, who to trust with it, and how to protect their time for the work only they can do. That's the kind of partner I aim to be.

When I'm not working, you'll find me cheering on my two boys at whatever sport they're playing this season, restyling a corner of the house, or curled up with a good book and Remy (my dog and unofficial second-in-command) at my feet.
